Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, customers will be notified.

Standard shipping: 3-4 business days (EU)


Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and carrier delays.

Return Shipping Fee

A flat return shipping fee of €54.00 applies when returning items.

This fee will be deducted from the refund amount or charged separately depending on the return method.

This fee applies only if the product has been opened or unsealed from its original packaging. Items returned in unopened original packaging may be subject to different conditions.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applied to your order. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

We recommend keeping all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
