Our preserved roses last between 1 and 3 years when cared for properly. Keep them away from direct sunlight, humidity, and water — no watering needed. The better the conditions, the longer they stay beautiful.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across Europe, including Slovakia, Czech Republic, Austria, Germany, France, and more. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

How are the roses packaged?

Every rose box is carefully packed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We use protective inner packaging inside a discreet outer box, so it's safe for gifting even when sent directly to the recipient.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we accept returns only if the item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve it promptly.
