Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

This right applies only if the product is returned unopened, unused, with the original protective seal/foil intact. Our rose boxes are sealed for hygiene and product-protection reasons; once this seal is broken or removed, the product can no longer be resold and is therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(e).

If a returned package arrives resealed, damaged, or opened, we reserve the right to refuse the return and refund.

Return Shipping Fee

A flat return shipping fee of €54.00 applies to accepted returns and will be deducted from the refund.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
